Before the court for disposition is the motion for summary judgment filed on behalf of the defendant St. Marguerite’s Mutual Benefi*249cial Society, which argues that St. Marguerite’s floor was not in an unreasonably dangerous condition, the defendant did not have actual or constructive notice of the alleged dangerous condition and the condition of the floor was open and obvious to the plaintiff.
