Certiorari was granted in the present case upon applications of both the appellant and the appellee in the Court of Appeals. Citizens & Southern Bank of Ga. v. Taylor, 120 Ga. App. 353 (170 SE2d 447). The question presented is whether money on deposit was owned by a husband and wife as tenants in common or as joint tenants with right of survivorship.
