Appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered February 11, 1974 in Albany County, as denied defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ demand for a permanent injunction. As a result of the defendant’s attempts to collect plaintiffs’ overdue telephone bills and its eventual termination of telephone service, plaintiffs commenced an action for monetary damages and a permanent injunction to restrain the defendant from future interruptions of service except upon certain conditions which were at variance with defendant’s current practices.
