James A. Gregory died a resident of Moultrie county, Illinois on October 14, 1927 leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate. This instrument is, in part, as follows: “Second— After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I direct my estate, both real and personal, to be divided into five and one-half shares to be distributed as follows, viz: To my son Charles A.
