The appellant," the Congress Hotel Company, sued out of the municipal court of Chicago a writ of attachment against Laura Martin, a resident of the city of New York, and the First Trust and Savings Bank of Chicago, as trustee under the last will and testament of Otto Young, deceased, was summoned as garnishee.
