I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is Defendants’ unopposed “Motion to Dismiss” (docket No. 5). Plaintiff brings this case before the Court pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, among others.
