The plaintiff is here suing on a judgment entered against the defendant Mecham on February 13, 1975, in the Seventh Judicial District Court of the state of Idaho. The action of the plaintiff in the Idaho court was in two counts, the first being on a guaranty agreement dated July 31, 1968. - The second count consisted of an assigned cause of action by the Bank of Salt Lake to the plaintiff of a guaranty agreement dated October 29, 1968.
