MEMORANDUM OPINION
GORDON, District Judge.
This case is a consolidation of two closely related bankruptcy cases involving the right to certain appliances for which trust receipts had been executed and filed. The appliances involved were repossessed prior to bankruptcy by the respective entrusters of the trust receipts, the defendants herein. The trustee in bankruptcy seeks to set aside each of these repossessions as a voidable preference or “a transfer of property for an antecedent debt” within the meaning of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 96.
