— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rotker, J.), rendered January 20, 1983, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Defendant contends that his motion to suppress identification testimony should have been granted because of suggestive police identification procedures and an illegal arrest.
