KENYON, Circuit Judge.
This case is before us on appeal and also on petition to revise. As the questions involved are solely legal ones, -vve consider the same on petition to revise.
Petitioner was appointed temporary receiver of the Blue Bird Appliance Company by the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, June 19, 1920, in a suit filed by receivers of the Blue Bird' Manufacturing Company against the Blue Bird Appliance Company. Plaintiff qualified later as permanent receiver, and took charge of the assets of the Appliance Company, and acted as receiver from August 20, 1920, until November 24,…
