Oil May 4, 1914, George R. Oetzel, Benjamin Daniel and William Bryan, who were legal voters and property owners of the common school district, known as Butler, in Kenton county, sought by a proceeding to have the territory embraced by their farms, upon which they resided, annexed to and made a part of the Demossville graded common school district, which is situated in Pendleton 'county.
