This case presents two issues related to alleged violations of plaintiff’s civil rights. The first issue is whether the District Court correctly held appellant’s suit not timely under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(e) (1976), given plaintiff’s filing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) within 30 days after the adverse termination of state agency proceedings but over six years from the date of the alleged wrong.
