Plaintiff Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, Inc. (“RMLS”) initiated this copyright infringement action against defendant American Home Realty Network, Inc. (“AHRN”), alleging that AHRN uses photographs and other copyrighted materials from RMLS’s real estate listing service without permission.
