The plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court of Clark County affirming his dismissal as a tenured teacher by the Board of Education of Marshall Community Unit School District No. C-2. After a public hearing pursuant to Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 122, par. 24 — 12, the Board passed a resolution discharging the teacher. The teacher was found guilty of five charges.
