Frank Morris, a tenured physical education teacher assigned to Roosevelt High School, was dismissed from his position by the Chicago Board of Education (hereinafter Board). On administrative review (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.), the Board was affirmed.
