BAKER, Judge.

Appellant was indicted, tried and convicted in El Paso County on December 12, 1922, of misapplying and converting to his own use $610.00 in money belonging to said county, and his punishment assessed at two years in the penitentiary.

Appellant filed a motion" to quash the indictment, among other things charging that ,the indictment was insufficient because it failed to allege whether the defendant received jury fees or stenographer fees and not being sufficient to put the defendant upon notice to defend the charges made in the indictment, and complains of the action of the court…
