Petitioner, presently confined at the Thumb 'Correctional Facility in Lapeer, Michigan, has filed a pro se petition for the writ of habeas corpus, in which he challenges his convictions for first-degree felony murder, Mich. Comp. Laws § 750.316, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, Mich. Comp. Laws § 750.157a and § 750.529, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, Mich. Comp. Laws § 750.227b.
