Hugh W. Castles filed a petition asking the court below to decree specific performance of a lease-option agreement quoted below, 1 and entered into with Rosa B. Klugh, now deceased, dated April 1,1935, which gave the “Klugh Lumber Company” and its successors the use of certain real estate at a designated rental, together with the right “to purchase said lot, buildings and fixtures for the sum of five thousand (5000.00) dollars at any time during the said period.” The petition alleges that Hough W.
