In case no. 1110373, we granted a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP (“BAC”), challenging the reversal by the Court of Civil Appeals of a summary judgment entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court on BAC’s ejectment action against Bessie T.
