During his work on a remodeling project at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, Mark Barnes was injured after drilling into a high voltage bus duct which was part of the building’s electrical system. Barnes filed this personal injury and product liability action in state court against Westinghouse — manufacturer of the bus duct — and others, alleging that their negligence caused his injuries.
