DURFEE, Judge.
The plaintiff and the Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, entered into a contract for the sale of an estimated quantity of standing timber on designated public lands. After the full contract price had been paid it was discovered by the contractor that there was a deficiency of about twenty percent between the number of board feet estimated in the contract and the number of board feet contained in the designated trees actually cut and removed.
