WILLIAMS, Justice.

The primary question to be determined in this original action is whether there was introduced in' the trial in the State Industrial Court any competent evidence reasonably tending to sustain the order’ of that court awarding death benefits to claimant and her three minor children.

The record discloses that on Wednesday, April 20, 1960, Andrew J. Gibson, claimant’s husband, was employed as a carpenter by his son-in-law, petitioner Hopkins; that on such date Gibson and another employee, Sisk, were “cleaning up” around a house under construction by Hopkins; that Gibson and Sisk…
