In this action the plaintiff, the widow of John P. Conlon, deceased, asks the court to decree the specific performance of an oral contract alleged to have been made by her with the decedent, by the terms of which agreement the husband, in consideration of plaintiff’s services and certain sums of money alleged to have been received from her, promised to leave her all the property of which he might die seized or possessed. The decedent made no provision for the plaintiff by his will, which .was executed prior to his marriage to her.
