This is an action to quiet title to approximately 520 acres of land in Mississippi County, Missouri, as described in the petition and judgment rendered herein. Plaintiffs presently are the only living children and heirs apparent of the body of Paul Handy Moore, 1 who was born in 1898 and is still living. As such, plaintiffs, in their own behalf and as representatives of the class of those who may become the lawful heirs of the body of Paul Handy Moore, instituted this action to quiet the title devised in remainder to the heirs of Paul Handy Moore’s body by the will of…
