Thomas Geiger filed a bill in the circuit court of Lee county against the executor, trustee and devisees under the will of John L. Geiger to s°et aside said will and the probate thereof on the ground that the testator was of unsound mind and memory at the time the will was executed. The widow and children, who were made defendants, answered the bill admitting that the testator was of unsound mind at the time said will was executed.
