On July 30, 1920, Erek Gustaf Tost executed a déed to Selma Tost, his daughter-in-law, conveying to. her twenty-six acres of land in Jefferson county, Colorado. He died on ¡the 6th day of May of the following year. After his death the plaintiff, Emilie Smies, his daughter, commenced 'an action against the defendant, to set aside the deed, and by proper averments in the complaint charged .that at the time of its execution Erek Gustaf Tost, who was…
