This is an action in boundary. Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Henly are the owners of a certain lot in the City of New Orleans described as follows: "A certain lot of ground, with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Fifth District of this city, in Square bounded by Teche, Newton, Homer and Brooklyn Streets, measuring 46 feet front on Monroe Street (now Teche), by a depth, between parallel lines, of 63 feet, 10 inches and 3 lines.
