This was an information in the nature of a bill in chancery, filed by the Attorney General and the State’s attorney of Randolph county, against the president and trustees of the commons of Kaskaskia and others, charging said trustees with a breach of their official duties and asking that they be removed from office and that certain of their acts be annulled and set aside, and for an accounting, and for general relief.
