PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In 1999, Donald C. Sheehan, plaintiff, brought an action against Lizabeth A. Sheehan, defendant, for the partition of marital real estate. The defendant filed an answer, and at the request of the parties the court convened a pretrial conference on September 28, 1999. The court then directed that the matter be referred to James M. Schall, Esq. as master. The appointed master conducted two days of hearings and then presented his report and proposed decree.
