delivered tbe opinion of tbe Court., There are two appéals in this record, tbe first taken by tbe corporate defendant from a decree appointing receivers for it, the second taken by tbe plaintiffs from so much of the decree as dismissed their bill as against William Sterling Evans and Standley Evans, tbe appellees in Ho>. 36.
