Appellee, Romairi Blakeslee, filed his bill in the circuit court of Cook county for the partition of certain property therein particularly described and known as Nos. 435 arid 437' South Western avenue, in the city of Chicago. The bill alleged appellee was the owner of the undivided one-half of said property and that Laura E. Blakeslee, appellant, was the owner of -the other undivided one-half.. In addition to asking for partition, the bill -alleged appellee had, with the knowledge and consent of appellant, caused extensive improvements on the property to be made, which he paid for out of his…
