REESE, Associate Justice.
—This is a suit by Mary Smith, widow of Charles Smith, and his two minor children, and Mattie Royster, his mother, against the Houston Drug Company, H. C. Jensen, W. G. C. Johnson and T. H. Wallace to recover damages for the death of the said Charles Smith alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendants. Damages are claimed in the sum of $20,000. The court instructed a verdict for the Houston Drug Company, and the case as to the other defendants was submitted to the jury. From a verdict and judgment for defendants plaintiffs appeal.
