HARRIS, Associate Judge:
Petitioner seeks reversal of a detérmination made pursuant to the Historic Sites Subdivision Amendment of 1976, D.C.Law 1-80, 22 D.C.Reg. 7240 (June 29, 1976), that a proposed subdivision of certain property would not be contrary to the public interest and should not be delayed. We conclude that we do not have direct review jurisdiction, and accordingly dismiss the appeal.
