The Fidelity Trust Company, as Trustee, filed in the Orphans’ Court of Allegheny County two separate accounts: one, under a deed of trust created by Henry S. A. Stewart, Sr., and the other, under a trust created by his will. The accounts were audited together, but separate decrees of distribution were entered, to which four appeals were taken, two of which were by Bertie Jeannette Stewart, wife of the cestui que trust under both trusts, Henry S.
