MEMORANDUM OPINION
(April 24, 2015)
On February 14, 2014, Defendant Daas Enterprises, Inc. (“Daas”) filed Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Monetary Damage Claims), (Daas’ “Motion”).1 Plaintiffs filed their Opposition on March 10, 2014, and Daas filed its Reply on March 24, 2014. On July 8, 2014, the Court heard oral arguments on the parties’ filings. The written and oral arguments presented by the parties demonstrate that there is no genuine dispute of material fact concerning the existence of certain categories of damages allegedly sustained by Plaintiffs.
