MARTIN, Chief Judge.

Defendant Arthur Junior Cook appeals from judgments entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of the offenses of felonious breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, and attaining habitual felon status. We remand for resentencing.

The evidence presented at trial tended to show that, shortly after 8:00 a.m. on 16 September 2009, two employees of the U.S. Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported to the office’s facilities manager, James Robert McDonald, that several items had been taken from their offices…
