In June 1970, plaintiffs C. Gale Gleason and Leonard Zink brought suit in Pierce County Superior Court against defendants J. D. Hone and Dorothy H. Hone, his wife, and Metropolitan Mortgage Company, seeking to establish a joint venture or partnership in the Ambassador House apartments located near Tacoma, Washington and for an accounting of the profits derived from their operation and sale.
