This is a writ of error by John F.-Devine, administrator of the estate of Stanley O. Thompson, to review a judgment of the superior court of Cook county in favor of the defendant in error, the Brunswiclc-Balke-Collender Company, in an action on the case brought against it to recover damages for negligently causing the death of the plaintiff’s ■ intestate. It appears that the plaintiff’s intestate, a child, in attempting to cross Milwaukee avenue, in the city of Chicago, was struck by an automobile truck driven by a servant of defendant in error and sustained injuries from which he died.- A…
