Defendant Terry Glen Allan appeals his conviction on four counts of grand larceny. Three issues are raised; the principal one involves the number of peremptory challenges allowed under CrR 6.4(e)(1) to each defendant in a criminal case when two or more defendants are tried together.

Defendant and codefendant McVay lived with one Albright in his Wenatchee apartment for 3 or 4 weeks preceding September 1, 1975.
