MATHIAS, Judge.

Troy Cudworth ("Cudworth") was held in contempt in Tippecanoe Superior Court. Cudworth appeals, raising the following restated issues for review: _

I. Whether the trial court's finding of contempt was erroneous; and

II. Whether Cudworth's sentence is appropriate.

Concluding the trial court did not err and Cudworth's sentence is appropriate, we affirm.
