This matter comes to us as a result of our order of September 6,1978, which asked the Disciplinary Board of our court, through its three-member hearing panel, and the respondent, Thomas B. Jelliff, to appear before this court on the 3rd day of October, 1978 at 10:00 a. m. to show cause why this court should not adopt a certain stipulation, waiver and agreement dated the 1st day of August, 1978, signed by Robert A.
