ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.
We have before us a disciplinary action brought under our Rules of Disciplinary Procedure against Berentje C. M. Pohlman, a member of the Bar of the State of North Dakota, who resides in the City of Enderlin, where she practices law. On September 17, 1974, Miss Pohlman was convicted on three counts of willful failure to file income tax returns for the years 1968,1969, and 1970, a misdemeanor under 26 U.S.C. § 7203.
