This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court -of Kankakee county. By the decree the court construed certain provisions of the last will and testament of Judge Luther B. Bratton, deceased. Judge Bratton, at the time of his death, was one of the judges of the twelfth judicial circuit. Prior to his election to that office, he had practiced law for many years! In 1935, he executed his last will' and testament. He died in April, 1943. His will was duly admitted to probate by the county court of Kankakee county. Appellant, Edith E. Burt, was appointed executrix and is now acting as such. At…
