In this case, appellees, Manh Hoang and Dung Le (collectively, “Appellees”), sued appellants, Phap V. Nguyen, Andy Ngo, and Dung T. Vu (collectively, “Appellants”), for breach of a partnership agreement and breach of fiduciary duties arising out of the management and dissolution of a family-run business raising chickens. A jury found that a partnership existed between the parties and that Appellants breached the partnership agreement and breached their partnership duties owed to Appellees.
