Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cooperman, J.), rendered July 27, 1999, convicting him of murder in the first degree (six counts), murder in the second degree (six counts), attempted robbery in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
