This action was brought against the board of county commissioners of Le Sueur county, the Village of Elysian, and the members of the board of health of said village, to recover for services performed, necessaries furnished, and the use of plaintiff’s residence as a pesthouse, under a contract with the board of health, for the purpose of enabling it to control a contagious disease in said village.
