This was an action brought by the plaintiffs against the defendant, to recover the difference between the price at which the defendant bid off a tract of land at an administrator’s sale, and the price for which the land sold at a subsequent sale, the plaintiffs alleging that the defendant refused, after the sale, to pay them for said land. On the trial of the case the jury, under the charge of the court, returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs for the sum of $1,250 CO, with interest.
