July 18, 1941, F. Harvey Turner, a foreman employed by Frank Foundries Corporation, filed an application for adjustment of claim under the Workmen’s Occupational Diseases Act alleging that on January 5, 1940, he was last exposed to an occupational disease hazard arising out of and in the course of his employment and that, on the day last named, he became disabled from 'silicosis and bronchitis.
