NATURE OF THE CASE
This case presents issues of tortious interference with an employment contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Appellants Barry K. Lee and Jose Z. Villa sued Levi Strauss & Co., Threads USA, Dixie Yarns, Inc., and Joe C. Lineberger, alleging claims of libel, conspiracy, tortious interference with contract, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
