This application for a writ of habeas corpus for release of two infant children from the custody of the probation officer of San Diego County was made by the father of the minors. The infants, aged three years and one year, respectively, were committed to the custody of the probation officer by an order of the juvenile court, in proceedings under the juvenile court law.
